– Must have Should have at least 2 years of implementation Support Knowledge on Cloud HCM Payroll Functional- role ( Fusion- US Payroll)
– Overall 4-7 years of IT Experience. All IT experience around Oracle applications and products would be an added advantage.
Must have :
1). Should have at least 2 years of experience in developing reports, interfaces, data migration in oracle cloud
2). Reports and Analytics – knowledge on existing reports custom report creation methods
3). Complete understanding of data extraction from Cloud ERP instance
4). Experience in Import data mass update of data data migration activities.
5). Bachelor’smaster’s degree in computer science, Electronics and Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training
6). Excellent Communication Skills
Good to have :
1). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
2). Consistently produce clear, concise status reports.
3) Manages scope and client expectations on projects effectively.
