Job Description

– Work closely with the product management/stakeholder teams to gather and track business requirment for products,
– Ensure requirements align to the product vision and objective.
– Be the bridge between the product and the technical teams including experience/design, development & testing teams.
– Translate business requirements to User stories adhereing to like INVEST and vertical slicing techniques.
– Work with product owner and ensure the product backlog is updated and ready for teams to consume
– To be available and ensure the team has complete understanding of the feature/story to be developed
– Define, review and test multiple scenarios by leveraging the product knowledge,help teams with recommend solution and areas of improvement
– Build dashboards to track key metrics that can be shared with functional/org leadership.

Functional & Technical Requisites:

– Impact & gap analysis, Agile methodologies
– Requirements analysis, problem solving & solution focused approach
– Ability to find innovative workarounds when faced with ambiguity
– JIRA, Aha (preferred)
