Job Location: Remote / WFH.
Experience: 2+ years of Relevant Experience is required ( Any CRM, SFDC Experience preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering, scope clarification with business and technical stakeholders.
- Use case development, technical design documentation for requirements.
- Business analysis and design documentation for product and project requirements
- Assist QA, development team with requirements clarification, technical specification. Work with project management team for planning, resolving project issues. Support presales for assurance modules
- Good understanding of Service Assurance (Reactive/Proactive ticketing, Fault management, SLA Management) & BSS (especially CRM) needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related discipline from premium institutes
- More than 2 years of BA experience in required in any CRM (NOTE : Experience should not be more than 6/7 years)
- UI Design experience is a plus
- Data Modeling experience and familiar with object oriented concepts
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (MS PPT, Visio & Word documentation experience)
- Provide expertise and best practices on technical aspects of product development and implementation projects including performance;
- Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and detailed requirements.
