- Critical thinking & value-addition: Evaluate opportunities & approach for new market entry
- Program management Plan and implement the opportunities/ ideas
- M&A Evaluation and advise on potential M&A opportunities, M&A transaction.
- Research – Research and produce analyst report on technology company.
- Business Intelligence Develop and track key metrics for the business
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in M&A and Consulting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort in interacting with senior executives
- Highly motivated and ability to operate with limited supervision
- Keen to work in a lean structure
- Qualification – BBM, BBA, PG
