Roles and Responsibilities
- Extensive hands-on experience in Retail Banking involving open and closed payments ecosystem
- In-depth knowledge in Issuing, Acquiring, Switching space and allied functions
- Suggest product innovation ideas based on market trend, Market analysis for matching opportunities and suggesting new marketing strategies by keeping abreast of latest industry as well as statutory requirements
- Advise on PCI / Regulatory compliances and industry standards.
- Analyse client business requirements, liaise with client(s)/project team(s), and produce collateral’s (User guide, Functions and Features documentation, process flows, internal/external training materials) for addressing the requirements.
- Verify and suggest improvements to ensure quality and statutory as well as customer compliance in final deliverables.
- Strong communication and organisation skills, ability to think clearly, analyse quantitatively, problem-solve, multi-task and prioritise.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, along with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and the conviction to drive them to completion.
- Support, train and impart subject knowledge to the application development team
- Exposure in building Strategic Alliances, Business Development, Relationship Management & Client Servicing.
- Experience in developing long term partnership with key stakeholders and leverage relationship for business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate with minimum 6 years experience in Cards Domain
- Should have experience in acquiring/issuance of Credit Cards/Debit Cards/Prepaid cards etc.
- Should have good knowledge in payment schemes like Visa / MC / RuPay and CUP/Amex/Diners/SC
