Business Analyst-
- Minimum 6+ yrs exp & above
- Expertise in Core Banking operations, Micro finance operations & Reconciliations.
- Experienced in Handling Bank Database.
- Managing and supporting multiple projects
- Managing Change management, Tracking & Reporting major Incidents.
- Experience in Managing Team.
- Effective communication in both technical and non-technical project stakeholders.
- Knowledge in Client management.
- Experience in Switch Systems, Service Now tool.
- knowledge in Core Banking, Channels like Internet banking, Mobile banking, and digital payments like NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI & Switch Based transactions.
- knowledge of Debit card systems, ATM operations & Other digital payments systems.
