We are hiring for product based company – permanent position for below role.

Looking for immediate resources.

The business analyst will work as a part of Product team on a strategic programme of work to define and articulate requirement. They will work closely with engineering, marketing, product teams across various specialist brands to understand and prioritise their needs. These requirements will generally be expressed as stories to be accepted, estimated and delivered in the sprints by agile software delivery teams.

– Strong understanding of websites/platforms structure and functionality, underlying systems dependencies

– Strong understanding of data structure

– Strong understanding of user journeys

– Strong understanding of data privacy laws (globally)

– Ability to utilise analytics to quantify basic user behaviours

– Well versed writing agile User and Technical Stories

– Documentation skills to capture as-is and to-be words

– Undertaking analysis of legacy and to be systems to identify gaps, propose changes and identify opportunities

– Determining to-be structure and mapping from as-is (legacy) systems

– Expressing requirements in stories for engineering team consumption, with wellformed Acceptance Criteria

– Helping prioritise backlogs to deliver greater value from the delivery teams

– Ensuring team and public documentation is maintained

– Supporting Agile way of working and ceremonies

– Experience with large scale organisations

– Experience with complex technology stacks

– Experience with AWS, JIRA, Confluence

– Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments

– Experience navigating complex matrix business organisation
