Job Location: Pune
Overall 8 years of IT experience in business analysis, .Net, Azure DevOps, SDLC practices and Agile Scrum/Kanban Framework.
Good to have knowledge in .Net framework, REACT JS, full stack development, Microsoft technologies experience, web API, ADO UI. Experience working with customers on requirements, providing status updates running workshops.
Experience developing features, user stories, estimations prioritization. Experience working with ADO board for creating backlogs, sprints running agile scrum process.
Strong experience with Scrum Framework, Sprint ceremonies, DOR, DOD, Acceptance criteria Scrum metrics. Should be able to understand client business needs and convert them into the descriptive requirement with condition of acceptance.
Should be actively involved into project life cycle and should provide support in terms of analyzing requirements, creating/assigning stories, testing case review and documentation. Should be able to perform technical/application reviews to ensure that your stakeholder has the best solution for their technical, data, security, and business needs.
