Role
- Should be able to hand hold warehouse deployments & configure them according to customer requirements
- Manage Customer Scenarios with innovative solutions within the product framework
- Handle data management & configuration
- Support Sales cause with excellent presentations on product ability
Mandatory
- Person with Structured approach with high logical reasoning ability
- Should be able to quickly visualize process flows & optimize them
- Most Important Excellent Communication Skills in English Vocal. Should be a Story Teller & be able to handle highly demanding Customers
- Excellent written skills especially in handling emails, solution documents & presentations to Customers
- Should be flexible to work outside normal working hours if required
Desirable
- Exposure to Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
Profile
- BTech or Degree Holders with prior experience in ERP implementation/business analysis
- 1-4 Years Experience
