As you look at your tasks for the day, you should be able to drive the performance of teammates in order for them to continuously hit their goals. You must be able to coach and manage the teammates under your supervision and act as a bridge between your teammates and the other departments.
ITS WORK FROM OFFICE FOR HYDERABAD LOCATION.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Testing each and every changes of process resorted in shrilife.
- Know how to use Test Harness effectively for UAT.
- Understanding of system funtionally/module.
- Creation of the scenario and test cases.
- Exercising control on UAT process and sequence/flow of testing.
- Ensuring UAT cycle is complete in all respects(UAT Testing).
- Communication to the user dept on the key changes in the system functionality/module.
- Carrying out the Regression Testing of all the Ops modules (ongoing basis).
- Understanding the terms and conditions of the policies for various products.
- Checking the outputs of all the system modules related to Ops.
- Reviewing the Processes and SOPs of various functions.
- Setting up a team for UAT & monitoring the UAT of all new products,changes,etc.
So What we are looking for ?
Someone with the below Skill Sets:
>Atleast have 3-5 years of Experience in any insurance domain.
>Education in IT.
>should have working knowledge on UAT.
>Good Communication Skills.
>Good Analytical skills, should have worked on Ms Excel.
Location with Slab :
Hyderabad : 4 LPA-5 LPA
