Roles and responsibilities:

• Assist all the stakeholders with their data requirements and providing them with the relevant data.
• Act as a Single Point of Contact for all data related queries and develop metrics to analyse pertinent information and share insights through various reports, dashboards on sustainable basis.
• Data validation and accountability for quality of all the numbers delivered through dashboards or otherwise.
• Collaborate with marketing team to enable decision support and key customer insights through data analysis, modelling, and exploration.
• Use quantitative data gathered from customer database and web analytics tools to develop an understanding of customer behaviour.
• Ensure data extraction is optimized.
• Deep-dive into data trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Identify trends, patterns and concerns emerging from data and highlight the same to management, with recommendations in a clear, concise manner to enable smooth and quick decision making.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and organizational objectives, sharing knowledge and skills.

Skills and Experience:

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Ability to perform data analysis using a scripting language like Python
• Must have knowledge about google data studios

• Problem-solving skills and accuracy and attention to detail
• The versatility and willingness to learn new technologies on the job
• The ability to clearly communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiences using clear visualizations
• Good analytical skills and ability to understand business requirement and related metrics, ability to create definitions, ability to slice and dice data.
• Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or related technical field
• Freshers to 0 or 1 Yrs Data Analysis experience

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Salary: ₹8,966.00₹21,975.00 per month
